Doug Waterman has over 19-years as a commercial lender, with increasing levels of responsibility. As a senior bank manager, was responsible for the management of up to 30-40 employees at various times. 30 years as a consultant to small/medium sized businesses. My approach to small and medium sized businesses is to listen, assess problems, offer solutions and execute projects to solve the problems: I view myself a problem solver, not a salesperson.
