Shelby is the Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Meissner, a Camarillo-based company that manufactures fluid handling and filtration systems for pharmaceutical companies worldwide, enabling the production of life-saving treatments. Prior to growing and leading the Talent Acquisition team at Meissner, she worked in various HR capacities for Target, National DCP, and Meggitt. Shelby joined Meissner in August 2020 as a strategic recruiting partner and oversaw a team that helped double the organization's size over two years. Shelby is passionate about attracting top talent to the company and has played a significant role in creating Meissner's comprehensive Internship Program, sourcing talent from both local and national universities. Originally from Ventura County, Shelby was crowned Miss Simi Valley in 2012.
