Steve Nial is an electrical engineer by trade. His work history includes a variety of industries from Field Repair, Aerospace design, Medical device manufacturing & teaching to currently working in manufacturing, managing a team of 5 Technical Trainers specializing in all aspects of IC wafer manufacturing. Steve is currently developing relationships with local community colleges to train & build career ladders for manufacturing employees. Steve enjoys working with others, going out, anything social, and tends to be a bit of a “Gym-Rat.”
